AWWA C515 Gear Operated Gate Valves

SJZ Metalsin supplies large diameter gear operated NRS resilient-seated gate valves in accordance AWWA C515. These valves are furnished with flanged ends, machined in accordance with the dimensions of a series of international standards such as ASME B16.1 Class 125, ASME B16.47 Class 150, AWWA C207, EN1092-2 PN10/PN16, BS 4504 PN10/PN16, etc. Both the body and bonnet are made from ductile iron in reduced wall, as well as the wedged disc, which is fully encapsulated by EPDM rubber. They usually have a large diameter (over 24″) and are available in sizes up to 72″ (DN1800). Both the interior and exterior surfaces of the gate valve are FBE coated in accordance with AWWA C550, offering superior corrosion resistance and improved abrasion resistance, promoting efficient flow characteristics and overall performance.
