A typical solenoid remote float control valve for water tanks or reservoirs.
The solenoid remote float control valve, also known as electromagnetically controlled remote float valve, is a modified version of the conventional Y-globe or single-chamber remote float valve. It is a diaphragm hydraulic control valve that utilizes the pipeline’s hydraulic pressure as its driving source and can also be remotely controlled electrically. It incorporates a solenoid valve and a horizontal float ball regulator. Regardless of flow fluctuations, this valve maintains a constant water level in reservoirs by controlling the filling process. In case of float ball damage or malfunction, the solenoid valve allows for remote closure of the main valve. This product is widely used in water tanks and reservoirs, and similar applications to manage liquid levels.

The remote float valve electromagnetically controlled by a solenoid valve shall be design according to CJ/T 219, JB/T 10674, EN 558, and AWWA C530. Size range: 1-1/2″ (DN40) ~ 6″ (DN 150); Flange manufactured to EN 1092-2 PN 10 & PN 16. Working temperature: -10°C~80°C. Interior & exterior surfaces should be FBE coated in RAL 5005 or 5015.
